A task tracker only helps when you can open it at the moment you need it. An installable Progressive Web App (PWA) puts your board alongside your other apps and can keep core task tracking available when a connection is not.

Four moves to make this system usable

Install the board where you already look
Use your browser’s Install App or Add to Home Screen option. The result opens in its own window or home-screen icon, which makes a quick check-in feel less like opening another browser tab.

Keep the board intentionally small
Offline access is most valuable for the next few commitments: one Main Mission, a handful of support tasks, and your daily routine. You should be able to read the whole plan at a glance.

Use it when distractions are weakest
Open the installed board before a commute, at the start of a focus block, or after a meeting. A compact task surface is easier to return to than a planning tool that requires a full setup ritual.

Let connectivity be a convenience, not a dependency
Your plan should remain understandable without a live connection. When you are back online, continue normally instead of rebuilding your day from memory.
